Latest Release: Asset usage and competency

Featured Image

We have two great new features in our latest releases:

  1. Asset Usage
  2. Competency submission

Asset Usage

Usage readings can now be entered for assets based on specified units such as hours or kilometres. This can then be used to determine when a maintenance task is due.

Administrators can:

  • View asset usage readings

  • Add or edit usage readings

  • Delete asset usage readings

  • Manage usage readings

Have a look a the track asset usage maintenance tasks user guide page for more information. Or watch this video for a tutorial:

COMPETENCY SUBMITTALS

Previously only end users could submit their own tickets and they would go through an approval process. Now any user can submit tickets on behalf of someone else.

The Ticket Submit and Approval Management functionality allow for tickets (records) to be managed by end users (submitters) within Lucidity Competency in two ways:

  • individual end-users can submit their own personal tickets OR
  • an end user (such as an administrator from a contracting company) can submit tickets on behalf of someone else (such as a subcontractor)

This is then followed by an approval process performed by local internal administrators (approver).

Have a look a the ticket submit and approval management user guide page for more information. Or watch this video for a tutorial.

Please note both new features do require deployment and have specific permissions so please reach out to support@lucidity.io if you would like this feature turned on or have any questions.
