Red Balloon Competition

  1. This prize is open to employees at all current clients of Lucidity Software – excluding internal Lucidity Software employees.
  2. The winner of this competition will be randomly drawn from individuals who completed the Lucidity ‘Let us know how we’re going’ survey found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/C7FFWBL between 00:01:00 AM (AEST) on July 20, 2021 and 11:59:00 PM, August 9, 2021 (AEST) (the Term).
  3. Lucidity Software will determine the winning individual, based on the individuals who completed the survey at approximately 12:00:00 PM on Tuesday 10 August, 2021 (AEDT).
  4. Lucidity Software does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent an entry.
  5. There is one (1) prize package to be won, (the Prize) includes:

1 x $200 RedBalloon voucher only

  1. The winning individual has complete discretion as to how they choose to use the Prize.
  2. Lucidity Software shall notify the winning individual on or before Wednesday 11 August, via personalised email.
  3. If the Prize is not claimed in writing by the winning individual by Wednesday 1 September 2021, Lucidity Software has the right to redraw the prize from the individuals who completed the survey.
  4. Lucidity Software reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  5. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or other products and is not transferable. The Prize can only be claimed by written acceptance as per the terms in Items 8 & 9.
  6. Lucidity Software reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes if necessary due to unavailability of the notified Prize.
  7. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary, Lucidity reserves the right to cancel the competition.
