The Challenge… Complex projects for government and municipal clients require timely, accurate information collection and reporting.

How do you gather site project data such as inspections, hold points and test results, and pass it efficiently and accurately to the office for processing and then on to the client? The Solution… Lucidity InForm was used to migrate a range of paper based forms and checklists onto a mobile platform for use on site.

Data is entered into Lucidity InForm on site including photos, attachments and signature capture, with the results automatically accessible from the office in real time.

Reporting and analysis tools including dashboards allow Aeramix and the client to monitor progress. Single entry of data and realtime transmission to head office create significant efficiencies and improved data accuracy.
