CROSS TASMAN PARTNERSHIP EMERGES IN 2022

Lucidity Software, a leading Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) software provider has merged (by way of acquisition) with SiteSoft International Ltd, in December 2021.

New Zealand entrepreneur Tim Manning has operated SiteSoft since 2017, from Auckland. It offers mobile solutions in the health and safety markets including "SiteConnect" which has over 35,000 users, primarily in the property, construction and facilities management sectors.

James Graham, CEO of Lucidity commented, “ We very quickly realised that by bringing together the two businesses we could carve out a unique position in the HSEQ SaaS market that allowed us to better deliver against our purpose of ‘helping create a world where our client’s people & partners feel safe throughout the day.' Specifically with a product offering that extends from small to medium-sized businesses (covered by the SiteConnect product) through to Large and Enterprise businesses (covered by the Lucidity & Lucidity+ products) through a range of verticals from construction, healthcare, industrial, government, property & production.”

On the strategic merger, Tim Manning explained “ we were very excited to identify a complementary partner in Lucidity Software. Our offering to the HSEQ market is enhanced by this merger and our combined team is stronger for it.”

The knowledge inherited from merging the two companies creates a broad skill set enabling a more holistic understanding of workplace health, safety, environment, and quality needs across multiple disciplines in both the Australian and New Zealand markets. By leveraging both companies strengths and experience Lucidity will now be able to offer a full HSEQ platform for small to medium, large and enterprise size businesses. Creating work environments where people feel safe.

It will be a seamless transition for clients whose relationships with the company will go unchanged. James Graham will become the group CEO, Tim Manning becomes Executive Director on the board, along with Chairman Phil Norman (Chairman of Straker (ASX:STG) and founding Chairman of Xero), Randy Reddig (founding team member of Square), Paul Bayly, and Executive Director Anita Scott-Murphy from Lucidity. All are fully committed to growing and developing the business.
