You can update your login credentials directly from the SiteConnect Mobile App

How to change your username
From the Dashboard click on the gear in the upper left hand corner which will take you to the main Settings menu.
From the Settings menu, click on Update Profile.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see Change Login Credentials
You will need to fill in your Current Password in order to change your login details.
From here, you can click on Username to update or change your username.
Once you are done scroll down, enter your current passwords and then hit Update Login Credentials
How to change your password
Follow the steps above for changing your username and accessing the Login Credentials Settings page.

Once this is filled in, type in your new password in the New Password field below this. Then fill this out again in the New Password Confirmation box.
If you need assistance when typing this, you can also click the Eye icon on the right of each box to see what you are actually filling in.
Once you are done click Update Login Credentials and this will then change your login details.
If you have forgotten your current password, you can also click Reset Password at any time during this process to send out another one to you via email.
